What we collect

We collect what you type into the quote form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, your message, and the town your request is for. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for a short time for security and performance; those logs include information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. We do not record calls, because we do not have a phone number yet.

How we use it

We use your request to respond to you, to pass it to the local professional who handles work in your area so they can contact you directly, and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell, rent, or reuse your information for any other purpose.

Who else sees it

The local professional who handles work in your area sees your request so they can contact you. Cloudflare sees it because it hosts this site and processes the form. The database where requests are stored holds it so we can keep a record. Each of them handles your information only to provide that service to us.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site runs no advertising scripts, no analytics, and sets no tracking cookies.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete your information at any time through the contact page. We will delete it, and we will ask the professional who received your request to do the same.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property managers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
